The Otter Creek Communications Union District is seeking immediate responses to the RFP (linked above) for a high-level fiber engineering study of Rutland County. Please see the RFP for specifics on the coverage area and RFP requirements. Due to the short timeframe associated with the grants funding this work, responses to the RFP are due 6/30/2021 and work must be completed no later than 11/1/2021.
